Phillipines...


We just arrive in the Philippines,
after one week at sea from Yap, Macronesia
Kalo come back from his first step on land and bring with him
a bunch of smily people so happy to say hello to me
and to come on board



We spend the fisrt month in the pilippines
to explore small islands, where people living very simply
but little more develop than the island of the south pacific

Burgos , Leyte island


We found some amazing places where we can easely spend
days to chill out and enjoy a simple life






Local people invited us to drink fresh green coconut
and enjoy to teach us some local language


Maasin city

After longtime out of the city,
it's not so dificul to find a new friends
and enjoy the easy way of all things that provided the city





Filipinos are creative and artistic people



The Philippines is unique in Asia:
It is the only Christian nation. More than 90% of the population are nominally Christian.
The great majority are Roman Catholic, reflecting long years of Spanish rule.


In a 1999 survey, local poll firm Social Weather Stations
claimed that the most popular sports in the Philippines
were basketball (72 percent), boxing (55 percent),
billiards (37 percent) and bowling (15 percent).
